Also, I imagine getting a DS mutation that does nothing but cement an existing mutation would feel pretty dull. Wouldn't it be better to reroll a mutation that tries to give something that's already destined for the DS? It'd be invisible to the player and it wouldn't effectively waste outside mutations as the FR suggestion would. The suggestion is actually how it's supposed to work now I'll need to look into this later. Suggestion: at the time horns 3 is supposed to be awarded, display a message that the mutation is now permanent and convert it so it can't be cured. I'm guessing it was supposed to award horns 3.Ī potion of cure mutation reduces horns from 3 back to 2. It doesn't seem desirable or intentional. But it happened to me once during a game, and I reproduced the behaviour with wizard mode.
